The Orchard at lordcherrymusic.com · updated 28 September 2026
The Orchard is LORDCHERRY's online world. To keep it a safe place to meet, it asks you to sign in. This page says what it keeps, why, and how to have it removed. It never sells your information and the Orchard shows no ads. The home page uses ad-measurement cookies from Meta and TikTok, explained below, which you can turn off.
What is kept
- Your sign-in: the email address from Google, Discord or an email link, so you can come back to the same account.
- Your name in the Orchard and birth month and year (never the day): the name is shown to others; the birth month only decides whether you may enter (13 or older) and whether adult settings are offered (18 or older).
- Live reminders, only if you tick "remind me before LORDCHERRY goes live" in your panel: then the email you sign in with may receive a short note before a scheduled live. Untick it any time and no more are sent.
- A chapter pass, only if you buy one: that your account holds it, which tiers it opened, and Stripe’s reference for the payment (so a refund can take it back). You pay on Stripe’s own page; your card details and billing address go to Stripe, never to the Orchard. Stripe’s privacy policy covers what it keeps.
- What you say in chat, and reports people make, so moderators can look into problems.
- The mark you carve on the tree, if you choose to share it (it appears on the tree only after LORDCHERRY approves it).
- Moderation records: if a moderator mutes, suspends or bans an account, that is recorded.
- How smoothly it ran: once per visit, the frame rate, screen size, whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, and which part of the Orchard you were in. This is not linked to you or your account, and it is deleted after 90 days.
- Where you fell asleep: the last place you stood in the Orchard, so your light can rest there when you leave and you wake there next time. Other members see a resting light with your name up close, never when you were last here. It fades after 14 days away.
- Notes you leave at the throne, only if you write one while LORDCHERRY rests there: the note and your name in the Orchard, kept for him alone to read (no one else can see them), for up to 90 days.
- Days you visited (the date only, and where the visit came from, like a TikTok link), and lights left on resting members (who left one for whom; kept 30 days).
- Petals and your lantern: how many petals you have, which of the day’s petals you gathered, and where your lantern floats this chapter. Other members see your lantern with your name up close.
- How visitors get through the gate: each step (arrived, signed in, said the word) with a random number for that visit, the device type and where it came from. Not linked to you or your account; deleted after 90 days.
- Visits to the home page: that a visit happened and which parts were tapped (your city, "I'm in", the Orchard, listening, the shop, follow links), with a random number for that visit, the device type and where it came from (like TikTok or Instagram). Not linked to you or your account; deleted after 90 days.
- The fan list, only if you typed your email under "Hear it first" on the home page (that box was taken off the page on 16 October 2026; the list stays for the people already on it): that email, the city the page was showing you then (if any), where the visit came from and when you joined. It is used only to email you about LORDCHERRY's new songs and shows near you; it is never sold or given to anyone else. Joining sends one email asking you to confirm; until you tap it, nothing else is sent. Every email has a link to leave the list in one tap, and after that you are not emailed again unless you join again.
While you are in the Orchard, where you stand, the emotes you make and the lines you say are shared live with the people there. Apart from where you fell asleep, your position is not stored. Settings like sound and volume stay in your own browser.
Shows in your city: to show the nearest city on the home page and at the shrine, the site reads the rough city your connection comes from (Vercel provides it from your IP address) and uses it only to pick a city from LORDCHERRY's list. It is not stored, logged or sent to anyone. A city you choose yourself stays in your own browser.
Joining a show from this page: "I'm in" asks for your email here. This site passes it to ShowPull (the site that runs the shows), which emails you a 6-digit code; this site never sees the code until you type it. With the right code, ShowPull creates or uses your free ShowPull account and records that you'd go to that show (its consent line is shown word for word), and this site creates or signs you in to your Orchard account for the same email, so one code does both. Your browser keeps your own invite code, a ShowPull reference (used to count your friends and to light another city's candle without a new code; up to five cities, which are kept beside it until "not you? forget this device"), and for 30 minutes a signed pass that lets this page hold, back or join the Crew for you. Friends who join with your link are counted, never named. The page also reads LORDCHERRY's latest post from showpull.com. ShowPull's own privacy policy covers what it keeps. If anything fails, "join on ShowPull" takes you to ShowPull's own page instead.
Holding a ticket from this page: after you join, "Hold my ticket" can save your card for ShowPull right here, with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card form. Only then does the page load Stripe's script (js.stripe.com); your card details go to Stripe, never to this site or the Orchard. ShowPull holds the ticket and its terms; Stripe's and ShowPull's privacy policies cover what they keep.
Continue with TikTok (the Orchard): TikTok tells this site an id for your TikTok account and your display name, nothing else: no email, no phone, no followers or videos, and nothing is ever posted for you. The id links your TikTok to your Orchard account (kept only on our server); your display name is offered as the name of your light, which you can change. The sign-in from TikTok is used once and thrown away. Your Orchard account then has no email, so nothing is ever emailed to it.
Ads on the home page
The home page (lordcherrymusic.com, not the Orchard) uses the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel. They tell Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok that your browser visited, and whether you tapped "I'm in", a listening link, the shop or the Orchard, so LORDCHERRY can measure ads and show them to people who visited. Meta and TikTok handle that information under their own privacy policies. Under some laws (such as California's) this counts as "sharing" for advertising.
- In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they only load if you choose allow.
- Anywhere, your privacy choices at the bottom of the home page turns them off in that browser, and a browser that sends Global Privacy Control never loads them.
- They never load in the Orchard, where accounts, chat and younger members are.
Who helps run it
Accounts, chat, marks and the fan list are stored with Supabase; the site is hosted by Vercel; sign-in can use Google or Discord; emails are sent through Resend; films in the chapel play from YouTube, which has its own privacy policy.
The type on these pages is served from lordcherrymusic.com itself; Google is not asked for it. A few parts still load from other companies' servers, which, like any website, see your IP address and browser when they send them: the 3D engine for the Orchard (cdnjs by Cloudflare, and jsDelivr), the single's artwork (Spotify), the shop's photos (Shopify), and video pictures and films (YouTube, Cloudflare Stream). Nothing else about you is sent to them.
Children
You must be 13 or older. If someone under 13 tries to join, the account is deleted straight away and nothing is kept. Members under 18 cannot send or receive swearing in chat.
Removing your information
Email contact@lordcherrymusic.com from the address you sign in with and ask for your account to be deleted; your account, name, messages and mark are removed. To be taken off the fan list, use the link in any email, or write from that address and it is deleted.
